After spotting more Land Rovers in one day in
Costa Rica than we've seen since our last visit to the UK's biggest
annual show, we're now enjoying a few days on the beach in Panama.
We've already scaled the country's tallest mountain, spotted the
rare Central American Quetzal and experienced a true rainforest
soaking.
